      Management clueless on Indian market scenarios

      Cons

      Zero learning Zero accountability No freedom given to take sales/markeing decisions Very lousy work culture Sales persons join and leave in a couple of months as they are very badly treated.

      None to be Honest except knowing some application domain basics atleast.

      Cons

      - No career growth -Cheap School like Rules and Environment -No process , no product Quality and no Requirement analysis. For that matter, no Requirements except fixing Lot of Issues -No proper HR process, no minimum HR benefits to employee -Bonds for every thing(joining, accepting appraisals) -3 months notice , may extend based on your work (for tecnnical guys especially) -PAthetic QA currrently and pathetic Leads
