Pros
Good compensations. decent salary as a fresh graduate (> Rs 25K). convenient office location.
Cons
quite strict on working hours. some teams are not really suited for new joiners - poor onboarding I worked with 2 teams which had outdated technologies (e.g. ASP.net). Felt like I was a bit too closely monitored since everybody needs to log their daily/hourly activities in a sheet.
