      Good pay. Tea/Coffee services. Only CA oriented employees hired for analytical work. Pressurized work to meet deadlines (Bias for action).

      Cons

      Bad work-life balance. Employees i.e. Family are motivated through high pressures/humiliation. No employee friendly environment - Uneasy culture. Worst attrition rate.

      No Pro of working in this company.

      Cons

      Horrible work culture, all the employees are unhappy, the founders are intrusive, no breaks, suffocating environment. Please do not join this company. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
