Pros
Great environment, great people. A lot of flexibility to work remotely if needed, to adjust te working hours and a los of other things. Occasional but very frequent meals, gifts and other things.
Cons
You have to work every holiday except the country mandatory ones which sometimes is a little depressing because the majority of your friends have the day off.
