I did not feel supported in this position. The CEO was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to coworkers, etc. There was constant turnover due to this. Contracts were signed due to the need to have constant money coming in despite not having the staff to complete the contracts. There was a lack of support in training, lack of organization, communicatin, expectations, and clear guidance on what needed to be done. There were barely any benefits. I would highly recommend avoiding.

* The Principal (James) will treat you like garbage, only cares about making money and doesn't put employees first. * Excessive meetings, my day consisted of 6 hours of meetings and then they wanted me to complete my tasks for that day. I would spend an additional 4-5 hours completing my tasks so my work days consisted of 10-11 hours. * The Principal (James) would scream at employees during meetings. In one occasion he made one of my colleagues cry. * HR manager is also very incompetent, she has no knowledge of HR procedures and policies. I worked in Finance and Accounting and had more knowledge about HR subjects. * I was asked in several occasions to have meetings during the weekend and after 10pm, they don't care about work life balance. * This company is client based, so you have to deal with numerous clients, some of those clients were very result driven and wanted results ASAP. * Benefits are very limited and PTO in ridiculous.
