      Pros

      - Nice coffee machine - Some great members of staff (but they are dropping off like flies)

      Cons

      - Don't pay suppliers on time - Hypocritical higher management - Don't stick to agreements - Only support staff that they like - Extremely poor communication from top down - They pretend they have a good culture but if you aren't in the clique it's volatile - High staff turnover - Lack of diversity - They squeeze for more hours out of their employees than most business's (7:30-5) but this isn't reflected in the pay

      Absolutely no pro working for inivos. KEEP AWAY

      Cons

      Low wages, the higher management can't make actual decisions between them, ..got to have a meeting about having meetings, nothing really gets done, the company is heamorraging money ..£3000 on a coffee machine yes really!, but can't pay a decent wage, or give a pay rise,..no support from so called "HR dept" (always on holiday when a tough decision is announced so never around to listen to anyone's concerns!) ..

      local, seem to be a good company from their spin

      Cons

      blame culture, bad management, run by two brothers who arent really management or engineers at all. The company is closely linked to a very odd religious group
