      Pros

      You will develop new skills, get exposed to the consulting word and sometimes, get to travel around East Africa countries for implementation. Try and error is allowed as long as it doesn't affect major business processes. Generally, staff are encouraged to develop their skills with lot of work. There are opportunity to bound with team mates.

      Cons

      Lot of work, no respect for personal time. You really can't challenge the bosses or make known your displeasure known You would be made to sign at most 3 years bond if you get trained. Lastly, salary review is done once in forever.
