Pros
This company is 100% remote. It's a company of hard-working, motivated people, but the company also respects everybody's need to recharge their batteries; they don't make the mistakes a lot of other companies make in remote work situations where there's a lack of respect for a person's non-work time. There's a scrappy, start-up mentality here also; people wear multiple hats and contribute in ways that frequently evolve. You can gain a lot of experience in a lot of things here.
Cons
Remote work isn't for everyone. If you're used to a company office environment with frequent interactions with others face-to-face, this may not be for you. Teams have routine video meetings, but that's less human exposure than an office setting for sure.
