      pressurize you while working 4. they play politics 5. they dont give salary on time 6. there is no pay slip. 7. Nothing is legal there 8. they dont provide salary slip 9. HR policy is bad. i will suggest you dont join the company, they spoils candidates career. they play with there employees. 2. they assign u work like data entry.

      Pros

      Had some of the best times working at IDS, its diverse and inclusive at the same moment and the people there, they make you feel like home.

      Cons

      I would say, it was extensive working hours, but for me as long as I love the job and the environment around me, I would love working extensive hours as well!
