      Nothing good to say here...Very sad!

      Cons

      A lot of belittling from management...No room for growth unless you know the founders well...A lot of small company politics. Pathetic pay and no new employee orientation.

      Overwork the manager of our department treats us like children, she does not acknowlege you when you speak to her, little to no treaning, and they are understaff poor planning and a lot of back staving from the manager and lies a lot

      Co-workers in my department are good people who want to do a good job.

      Cons

      Low pay. Must ask for raises. HR sides with managers and friends. Be careful with what you share. Nepotism abounds, just ask anyone who works here. Downsizing. No training.
