Friendly team Good opportunities to apply skills and learn Even though it's remote, admin made concerted efforts to bring the team together in person

Team hierarchy often confusing No clear expectations for role apart from project I was immediately hired for Not really given a proper performance review (and had to ask for the one I did have) Often felt isolated in my work

- Can be lost from times - No system or structure of practice - Mentorship is there but has not yet been received.
