Pros

Lots of talented team members who are highly skilled and experienced. Private health care from start of employment.

Cons

Below average company culture. Questionable treatment of employees by senior team members. Impossible to speak up without reprisals. No financial transparency with employees so financial targets are set for individuals but no context provided as to whether they are fair or achievable. No transparent commission structure for employees like at other agencies and management companies. Communication from senior team members is poor and, when it happens, often feels dishonest and inaccurate.
