Pros

All team members are usually friendly and you learn a lot about how a chain store runs.

Cons

Workers both full and part time are expected to perform tasks beyond their jobscope that were not outlined at the time of employment. The “we are a family” team attitude leads to a toxic work place at times where the manager expects workers to help out even during off days.
