Decent pay (at the time) Nice people for the most part If you were in the right group, it could be a great place to work.
Cons
Lack of clear leadership. Lack of clear communication. Lack of training. Consistently given responsibility without being giving any authority which created a negative environment. You had to fight to be able do the job with the very people you're told (repeatedly) decide if you get to keep your job. Set up for failure.
