1.No proper management. 2.Rules are made according to founders. 3.Founders don't follow the rules! 4.No overtime ! Even if you work more you'll not get anything for it!

1. Colleagues: You'll work only with freshers like you with little or no knowledge about the Industry. 2. Partiality: A lot of favoritism. 3. Almost no communication with Manager/Founder: One of the founder is settled in USA and other in his own private cabin. 4. Less Pay: The pay is so less that it frustrates you to the point that you cant work peacefully. 5. Tremendous Pressure: The time allotted for each project is so less that it becomes impossible to complete the tasks on time. Hence, you spend more time in the office. 6: Long Work Hours: We have to complete something around 9.5hrs and also work for one Saturday every month. 7. No work life balance: Long hours lead to no work life balance. 8. Ever changing policies: Rules and Regulations are made and broken depending upon the wish of Founders. 9. Bond: A fresher has to sing a bond of 2 years and submit the original Univesity certificates. 10. Bad Vibes: Many colleagues had left without any notice and many are not at all happy to be there. Such an environment can affect you.
