Pros

In my two years here, I met some truly wonderful people who want to influence change they made every day worth going in. These truly wonderful people who want to affect change I ignored on a day-to-day basis and that is a shame because some of these people should be in management positions and some of the managers should be removed.

Cons

The leadership team are driven purely by self interest and self promotion A global evangelist who spends his entire time spending the budget on airfare and accommodation to what affect? Absolutely no. Senior leader leaders who positioned themselves into everybody's topic and project so they can justify their existence No real interest in helping individuals achieve their goals Absolute bullying culture A place where if you know the right people and not your head at the right time you will succeed Nobody here is interested in your opinion Constantly discouraged from meeting up in real person to achieve any sense of team spirit Zero chance of promotion within the business The business lacks direction, motivation and appreciation for the people that are driving If most of the larger institutions knew how this company worked internally, I'm sure they would leave
