My very first impression. They sent a broken comp, they never sent for it back. I should have run.. I provided electricity, internet,office and phone to IME. They require you to store things for them too. In 2022-23 training has become horrible. The management is amateur, brash and angry. You are in your own home, begging sometimes up to an hour for a restroom break. The new training is not precise, rushed and enforced with bullying. If you are complicit and find a way to use your own bathroom, you will be berated by managers who DO NOT communicate well. I've heard that before the changeover from VT to GA. this was a decent place to work. What a difference a year makes.Do yourself a favor. Go to BBB and get an idea of their management style before you consider working here. Your job is mainly to explain to angry customers why they got ripped off . You are bullied by useless management. A nightmare job for 2022. Beware.
