      Pros

      You will grow and develop fast here. There's so much to learn! Very supportive, L&D team, where you can aim high and feel like theres very adequate resource and guidance. Good comp package. Growing company which bucks the trend for many companies especially in this space. Nice people to work with, but with time high expecatations (which is a good thing). Great client base. Great work/life balance.

      Cons

      Scaling brings a certain amount of inevitable challenge or even pain, but you could say that's part of the fun.
