Fabulous team that put their whole selves into this for the good of the patients.

Cons

Appalling Executive Committee. Rudderless, leaderless, driven by cash and ego, change their minds on an almost daily basis, zero strategy, zero care for people, absolutely unable to live their own values. It would be laughable if it wasn't so impactful on staff and patients lives.

Manchester site UK. A team that are fully engaged and focussed to deliver the best patient service. Collaborative, energetic and driven to succeed. Fun environment. Recognition of team and individual performance. Some of the best talent I have ever worked with.

Cons

There are plenty of reviews discussing the performance / competency of the US Executive team and its a shame they have let staff down. The vision was clear but the execution was poor due to their inexperience, naivety and egos which have destroyed what could have been a great organisation. Change it up and live the values you promote so much!
