      Pros

      Best company I have worked for. Really supportive management who pull together to get stuff done Since becoming independent, company has become more transparent, has greater opportunity and is always looking to do things better. Strong and clear communication from the leadership team - with monthly Town Halls giving real honest view of company performance

      London office a bit small when everyone there Benefits could be better but have improved in last year Some growing pains and operational challenges since becoming independent

      Toxic work environment and corporate culture. Long hours with no boundaries. Working late is the norm and the expectation. An already heavy workload to start, demands are ever-increasing and micromanaged. Poor treatment of staff
