Pros

This was a very robust 2 weeks of training, with so much I questioned if I could do the job -but- Hayden West our trainer did an excellent job. He was patient and encouraging and champion of progress! He made a tough task palatable for me.

Cons

Paid training is typically a challenge but upper management has really made an a effort to deal with that.

Hayden was very knowledgeable and supportive, especially when it came to explaining policy differences and enrollment procedures. Role playing was scenarios were helpful for preparing us for real client conversations. Overall, the training was a great experience. It gives you a strong foundation and prepares you well for real world client interactions.

No cons, but very heavy information to take in
