      Pros

      9-5 hours, people were good.

      Cons

      Management was poor, numerous of which were ‘yes men’ (and women). My commission docked without any forewarning, only finding out on payday. Management were not clued up at all and when advised that the interest rates on policies did not add up they ignored this compliance along with any feedback/issues given to them. No progression opportunities

      None absolutely no pros to working there!

      Cons

      Bonus promised always an excuse not to pay. Managers are terrible need training. All management and HR are un professional. I wouldn't advise anyone to work there!
