The only pros is friendly colleagues

- Oppressive work culture - Traditional mindset especially higher ups - result driven, deduction of salary - most people stay just for the salary only - one of the worst company in terms of culture and management especially the boss - be expected to standby whenever, wherever for no reason - no point sharing advice for management to improve, because they will not listen
