      Depends what team you land into. People like to form groups and if you are not a part of it they wont care about you. Opportunity to work from home was great

      My line manager was supportive

      Lack of transparency- low wage- no wage rise for 3 years. no bonuses despite being top performing team. Always laying off consultants. Risks of redundancy

      Staff genuinely care about what they do and work hard to support their learners. Good flexibility and feel like you're a person not a number.

      Salary and too much of a focus on costs over quality.
