No respect for professional. Chemical Engg. are treated like labours. No discussion on new idea. Lot of conflict between family promoter. No timely salaries. Frequent deductions for no valid reasons. Force overtime without comm off or OT pay. Human resources is treated as cost to company and not as assets. Retired govt. employees with obsolete ideas are advisors on managing the company and human resource.

This company is runed and managed by those who behave like goons with their employees and no respect for them as if employees are some wild animals who can be heckled,kicked and thretened. They have so much ego and Father, son mix is refelcting that they are above this planet and nobody is above them. Senior saharan thinks that he is a past government employee so entire government machinery will help them in case they do anything wrong. In such scenario only god and shani dev will give them their punishment. Its a pathetic company where employees have been thretened for police action and duering lockdown they have compelled their workers to stay in factory and work for them.
