Prepare for:
-Your brakes to grind for 1 month before replacement.
-Lie about what weights you used as half of them will be out of certification at any given time

-Your fellow employees to mock certain customers
-Not getting a raise until a new person is hired at the same rate as you
You will be given:
-A workphone that works so poorly they expect you to use your personal device and data.
-No tools unless its a "specialized requirement" (temperature probe)
-A Van that will receive regular oil changes, and nothing else until it breaks (replace a tire with a bubble with the spare that was cracked as its over 10 years on and have it blow out the next day on a major highway causing an accident)
-Brakes for that van but only after about 1 month (could be over 1000 miles) of them grinding.
