I am glad I had the opportunity to work here to know exactly what I DO NOT want in a future employer. The top performers were told to write all of the 'good reviews' on here because of the negative feedback they were getting, notice how many are within a short span of time? The owners asked for people to write the good reviews so they didn't look like such a bad place to work for. Integrity should not be in their company name because few have it here. The interview process was quick, they told me to really think about it before I came on board because I was leaving another employer for this 'great opportunity with growth opportunity and great income potential.' I should have trusted my gut and not been sold on a pipe dream. Sure the chance to make a great income is there, if you want to work outside of the schedule they offer you and if you don't want to take lunches or have family life outside of Integrity. You don't get paid commission until Integrity has been paid from the clients you are providing staff for. Some people are still waiting on thousands of dollars in commissions from deals. From day one of me hitting the floor, there was lots of negative energy and negative feedback from both new and tenured recruiters. Team morale is low and leadership is far from leaders (with the exception of a couple of team leads and one manager) The management is a joke, there is no HR department so if you have a question or concern about something that seems like foul play or poor practice I suggest you keep it to yourself as your opinions are far from valued if they disagree with that of someone in a leadership role. There is lack of communication in management and they are super shady in the way they run things. In the short time I was there, 13 people either quit or got fired. The turnover rate is outrageous and employees seem to be dispensable. If you want to have an opinion that differs from management, I suggest you keep it to yourself, because they are not looking for free thinkers. There are clearly favorites, once someone gets fired or quits the good leads go to the top performers. As a new recruiter they tell you it takes 1-2 years to really get in your groove and start producing, yet they don't allow you that time to grow and become a good recruiter. Their PTO structure is way off, you are paid salary but treated like an hourly employee. If you need to take off early or come in late, you get docked PTO but if you work a 50 hour work week to make up for it, it depends on who you are if you are able to do that. My suggestion is to be very weary of working here and trust your gut. Employees are afraid to be honest with management in fear of being fired. Set up time to shadow with employees and do your research. In short I would say they feed you a lot of fluff. It was an easy job to land and an easier job to lose even when you are working hard. You're expected but not "told" to work 10+ hours a day. The job can seem fun and you can think you are doing well when in reality they will cut you at the drop of a dime. This is not a good environment if you are looking for good work/life balance. Be careful and tread lightly when thinking about working here, that is unless you lack integrity because then you may just be a perfect fit!
