Pros

Full time hours and NO overtime and thats rare for collections. Good coworkers. Shifts do rotate, so the hours are not always late. That's pretty much everything positive I can think of.

Cons

Notice there are 3 reviews dated Aug 5th. That's because we were threatened and told to put positive reviews on this site so things would look "balanced". An honest review had been posted so we got cussed out for that one. Still, only 3 did it. They honestly think we are stupid and talk down to us. It's like, just be nice to people and follow this script and you will collect money. Poor people or "PATIENTS" can't help having medical bills and we are here to help. Yeah right, we are working to collect as much money as we can and meet our goals of dollars collected and fees collected for this dishonest company. Turn over is crazy and there are no benefits. A lot more people are like me, outta here when we land another job.

Pros

Great benefits. Transparency through out the entire company. Great follow through from the executive team. Job security. Little to no employee turn over.

Cons

All of the Pros are lies. This company is awful. No one actually likes working here. If they do they haven't worked here long enough to see through the lies. It won't be long before they bury Kingsport like they did their other office.

Pros

Fellow patient advocates are a positive, upbeat, and helpful group of people. The only benefit I can imagine at Intellihartx is your coworkers.

Cons

Management does have a god complex, whether they recognize it or not. As stated in a previous review, note that the CEO coerced GlassDoor reviews in a "town hall" meeting, which is why 3 employees were scared into leaving a positive review on the same day. This same meeting, the CEO also told us to tuck our GD undershirts in, and stop looking sloppy. Make no mistake, this is a collection agency. However you try to disguise it. You will be expected to collect money from at least 50% of calls, regardless of their situation (homeless, terminally ill, uninsured, or otherwise). Calls are scripted, must be an average of 3 minutes long, and you must make or take a total of 100 calls per shift. The minimal training Patient Advocates receive encourages emotional intelligence, but this is clearly a numbers game and quantity is much more important than quality.
