- Undefined growth paths - Unclear role requirements - Despite being concerned about talent growth, there is a serious lack of action towards that as an organization. Few experienced talents are usually the ones actively contributing towards this without management support in almost all cases - Serious lack of employee training in important matters such as security - Understaffed departments and teams - Lack of seniority presence and guidance in projects, leaving young talents unsupervised in many cases - Does not reward or acknowledge those that contribute to the company beyond their role responsibilities and expectations - Uncompetitive salaries in most cases - No sense of direction in the company, unclear goals and lack of transparency - High turnover in management roles - Stagnant for people in senior or lead positions in certain cases - Management has a divided focus, do not delegate responsibilities, often delaying processes and having a negative impact in the long term - Management roles are usually overloaded with many responsibilities and are consistently understaffed - Growth in some cases, is reliant on luck - Requests may take long time to be responded
