Culture is built around fake allyship. They have a diversity council that is just there to check an HR box. The meetings are unbearable, use of buzzwords and ally terminology non stop. If you actually are able to pay attention, then you will realize they are actually saying a lot without saying ANYTHING.
If you really want to confirm the lack of stated 'diversity and inclusion' initiatives here, just take a look at the 1. Executive team and 2. the majority of the people laid off.
The true culture has developed into a toxic mess of micromanaging and tattle telling. I've seen people run to tell their manager that a coworker left early, just to paint themselves as the 'hard worker'. I saw people get laid off and the moment they were gone, managers would then be brave enough to talk badly about them in front of their former team. I subsequently left disgusted with this behavior.
