Flexible schedule Autism Experience Independent Work Caring People Good for short-term employment
Cons
No communication between the office and workers. Longer time or sometimes no responses coming from management. Management doesn’t keep in touch with their BT’s as often as they should. Management needs better communication with parents and employees. Employees can feel left out or alone with no real support.

Great learning environment. The staff are very supportive and respectful. Glade I have been working there and that I got the chance to do so.
Cons
Not much cons. Try to always add to the company ideas if you have and support. They are always looking for improvement. They will appreciate that and they will welcome you. Trust me!
