      No pros at all!

      Cons

      - Overtime, no off day - Verbal abuse - Emotional, Rude boss - Always force ppl to agree with his non sense talk - Tell students to not be close with certain trainer just because he don't like the trainer - Always scold the staff are not loyalty to him when they are closer to other trainer - Simply talk the the bad things behind the somebody even though that "somebody" never do such things - A poor academy - Liar

      I have been working in Inter-Excel Advisory and thus far, have not encountered anything as mentioned in your comment. I feel sorry that you need to attack the company long after your departure, I think this is an act of an unscrupulous person with malicious thoughts. This attack is a poor reflection of your upbringing and the poor quality of your university's education. If this is the quality of employees now, I think Malaysia is definitely at the losing end. You need to accept criticism that was given and learn to grow up. We wish you all the best!

      The boss likes to call for meeting at 6.30pm when the staff is supposed to go home. They expect you to work long hours. Besides, you need to work on Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning. Sometimes they ask you to work on Saturday for the entire day without any compensation. They hire many interns and will fire them if they are not performing.

      Since we are a relatively small group, we expect all staff members and interns to be able to perform their tasks as efficiently as possible. The bottom line is, if you complete your task and assignments as given, the management will have no issue with you. We wish you all the best.

      Verbal abuse is their common practice. They tend to make you feel worthless and praise themselves as the good people who offers you a job, so you MUST be thankful and accept all the bad words they talk about you/others. I lost count of how many staffs they had hired as the turnover is extremely high. Many of them being fired for nothing or left the company and never step back due to the bad experience. They claimed that all GD bad reviews are fake. Well...try to observe the way they manage feedback, you will know the truth/what verbal abuse mean. It says it all.
