This company has a high turnover rate, there are many reasons for this. You will be... working with outdated technologies, on-call on weekends without pay and a ticket monkey doing maintenance work. Insults, yelling and threatening your job seem to be how upper management motivates its employees. If you decide to work here, have everything in writing, you'll eventually need it to defend yourself. Micromanaging, finger pointing, hard hardheadedness, talking over you and poor decisions all make for an unenjoyable work experience. There is a culture of mistrust with management towards employees which borders on paranoia. By far the worst thing I personally witnessed was a handicap person not getting a job because they didn’t seem healthy. There are better companies out there, I highly suggest you look elsewhere.
