For context, they're a European company that purchased an Association Management company. Shortly after, they started bleeding clients. Their solution was to ignore the problem, fire the people who raised concerns and replace them with their "Friends" to put it mildly. They've become an echo chamber of yes-men. Lack diversity, no advancement opportunities and no future for the US location.
