I worked for a short time there and the environment was great. As for many small companies, you had to wear many hats, but it allowed me to gain experience in many fields and collaborate with different teams.
Central location (downtown Toronto, next to subways), interesting projects, opportunities to learn, flexible work schedule, some good managers, friendly team members
Cons
Limited financial resources, some politics between groups, very flat hierarchy (not much room for career advancement), projects move slowly due to nature of industry, compensation lower than industry standard
