      Pros

      One will be happy if he/she loves food. As they provide snacks in the evening.

      Cons

      Totally confused management. No respect for females. Listens and acts as per the other's decision. No sense and accountability to take decisions of their own. People enter wrong in and out timings in the entry register. Top Management doesn't convey the exact and right things to the CEO of the company. Too much politics. Dominating culture. Senior Manager play dirty mind games to kick good employees out of the company due to insecurity. Worst IT team ever. Threatens employee's and gets personal. No hike.

      Pros

      No pros apart from the fact that there is no security guard or cameras in the company.

      Cons

      Wasted my 2 years with this company. The CEO turns abusive in meetings, they do not release incentives as promised. Very poor management. No growth opportunities.
