In all seriousness, the team at Internetwerx collaborate and make this reality less painful, but it should be understood that occasionally you will need to troubleshoot something outside standard business hours.

Everything! Always feels like your walking on egg shells, cant speak to the receptionist without getting dirty looks from the owner. Entering time spent on tickets is extremely redundant and you must meet 6-7 hours of work even on slow days or you'll hear about it. Certain employees will barely do any work and yet get praised by management while others yelled at for missing a period from a sent email. Owner has made several receptionist cry.
