Pros

If you want to start or advance your career in IT, this is a great place to do so. It is not easy. The hours are long (especially at first), and you will have a million things to learn and do...but if you put in the work, and listen to the senior engineers, you will become a very good technologist. It's like cramming a Masters of IT into 1 year. Excellent boss/owner, and senior engineers are there to assist. Benefits are good.

Cons

Long hours (again, you get out what you put in here) Pay can start low, but advancement comes quick to those who put in the work

Pros

The work atmosphere is professional but fun. Great boss and great group of people to work. Plenty of opportunity to learn and grow as a professional IT person, provided you have initiative. In addition, because the clientele span numerous industries there is a need for a diverse skill set; so if you're resourceful and enjoy a challenge, you will thrive at Internetwerx.

Cons

As is the case with all MSPs, your're part of a team which ensures around-the-clock systems integrity and performance, so you cannot expect your clients servers and networks to clock out at 5pm... In all seriousness, the team at Internetwerx collaborate and make this reality less painful, but it should be understood that occasionally you will need to troubleshoot something outside standard business hours.

Pros

Good place for beginners to grow their IT skills. Company paid insurance. Breakfast snacks and pizza on Friday.

Cons

Everything! Always feels like your walking on egg shells, cant speak to the receptionist without getting dirty looks from the owner. Entering time spent on tickets is extremely redundant and you must meet 6-7 hours of work even on slow days or you'll hear about it. Certain employees will barely do any work and yet get praised by management while others yelled at for missing a period from a sent email. Owner has made several receptionist cry.
