The management is an issue and tend to hold their talent back, so once the opportunity rises it's always good to move on. Now that CSC has taken over the culture has completely changed and they've installed, their people in all the best roles. During time there the work life balance was terrible, as other departments are very unstructured and impact those who provide operational support.

Very much depending on the team you worked for. For instance, Head of Finance looked after his team well whereas there were some other team leads didn't have a clue how to manage a team. I counted mysellf lucky working for one of the best bosses i ever came across. This is of course different after they are acquired by CSC. A former colleague told me it's so much better now. I am happy for those who are still there.
