Pros

Since the moment I joined Interweave I knew the agency was in for big things. Quickly it won clients both in Greece and internationally due to its competitive advantages.

Cons

In hindsight, I would have wanted my contribute to have been broader instead of just deeper into what I was doing. I knew the availability to do other/more things was there, but I took the responsibility to deliver my part of the job to the best of my capabilities (which I hope I did), so if anything I would have loved to have had a reminder that all the doors were open. I guess that’s on me…

Pros

- International opportunities; - Can-do attitude. No project is impossible. - Cool locations; - Salary above industry average; - Super supportive during COVID; - Good and varied clients;

Cons

- If you’re old school agency type of person, this might not be the place for you, as this is a fast paced environment; - I never really had the ‘normal’ office environment going on for me, as I've worked throughout the whole time of the pandemic, so it’s hard for me to review that.

Pros

You have access in whatever workstation and tools you need in order to get the job done.

Cons

The management is one of the worst you could find out there. Repetitive overtimes without getting paid. People had to work for almost a month for 10+ hours per day without getting a single day off. Some will call it modern slavery and they won't be wrong. It's one of those companies that try to exploit the fact that people need to work 'cause the unemployment rates are high in Greece. The salary is really bad. No bonuses (even though they promise that to all new people). Pretty much everyone there is unhappy with the current state of things. The CEO of the company needs to come down to earth and hear the people out. They claim that they have an office in the UK but honestly that's not the case. It's just the sister of the CEO in long-term vacations as far as i know.
