I have been working at Intralinks full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Constant communication and transparency from the leadership team People first culture Lots of career growth opportunities and low egos - if you have an idea or process improvement, there is full support to own it and fix it Great mix of long tenured employees and new employee who all bring a great passion for the people and the business

    Cons

Like any other integration, there brings unexpected challenges to navigate through and some disruption to execution of goals and plans in place prior to the change

I have been working at Intralinks full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Very motivated management, Feedback culture is at the best level. Your ideas are always appreciated and in most of the cases implemented across the board which is it self a very big motivation. Extremely relax culture, very good bonus scheme and if you do good you will get bigger bonus Plus employee recommendation bonus is cherry on the top. Management cares about you and do know you by your name and encourage you when needed. No backbiting or bullying culture.

    Cons

Long work hours. No Over time

I worked at Intralinks full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Incredibly resilient business, a leader in its segment. Executives try hard to do the right thing on many fronts (e.g. innovation, speed, people, etc.). Executive turnover has unfortunately been too high for several years, reducing impact of their initiatives.

    Cons

Consecutive sales of the company and reorganisations leave the business a bit disorganized. Strategy post acquisition does not seem really ground breaking compared to before.

I have been working at Intralinks full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Hours are good, location is central, and you'll expense a nice lifestyle. Good opportunity to meet top people in other organisations.

    Cons

Training is a joke. Difficult to advance due to limited roles, maybe if you're a favourite or in the right clique. Top management team out to fill their pockets.

I have been working at Intralinks full-time for less than a year

    Pros

I have been with Intralinks for over 9 months now and am absolutely amazed by the growth and positive changes I have seen and have been involved in. The executive leadership team are all very committed and every employee has the chance to meet them and talk to them as they visit the various offices. All of the people I work with are friendly and great to work with and the company invests heavily in Management training. Internal communications for the employees have been improved, using various forms of communication to ensure that everyone is in the loop, feels included, knows what they're working towards and how their contribution makes an impact to the business which gives a great sense of purpose.

    Cons

Goal setting and annual review processes put in place are a good start but need further development. Feedback culture is practiced in some teams but needs to be incorporated more into the general culture
