Pros

Great client list at the time.

Cons

Lack of atmosphere - energy draining - too male dominated - over inflated opinions of themselves. Rapidly falling behind the curve.

Pros

The people are, by and large, nice to work with.

Cons

Management is extremely cost-conscious -- to a fault. New projects are never given enough time or resources to have a realistic chance of success.
