Nice smart people, but so much talent is being wasted. From the top down, there's a lot of short-term knee jerk decision making leading to a destabilising lack of consistency. Misguided targets are constantly being scrapped and replaced with equally misguided targets.
As a member of the tech team, the tech stack was so outdated. I felt the longer I stayed, the less relevant my skills were becoming in the job market. They take on a lot of graduates and give them a first opportunity, but don't give them much else.
There's a big divide between the tech and non-tech teams, which leads to projects inevitably being delivered late and to a poor standard. I found there was a lot of blame-laying for problems.
