Great place to get experience as a graduate and academic trying industry, interesting concept with limited options outside of academia, new office in a good location
Cons
Limited supporting evidence for practical application, high turnover, cultish work culture typical of startup, redundancies even for permanent employees, process and product validation lacking, product is not market ready, business geared towards investments instead of generating profit

Everyone is very nice and friendly, it makes it overall a nice place to work, very cool product with a lot of potential to make a difference.
Cons
The company has been struggling financially for several years. In addition to financial difficulties, there have been flawed over-hiring practices which have contributed to regular rounds of redundancies over the last 36 months.
