      Pros

      The people at Iqarus are generally quite friendly and supportive. It seems like the place has potential but it would need different management or to be sold to another company to achieve this.

      Cons

      The company is solely focused on developing itself for its investors so it can be sold in the next few years. That is the only goal, so don't expect any training, career development or a decent wage while you're there. It's just the only place hiring in Aberdeen at the moment.

      Pros

      Looks like a good place to work in at first, until the gossip and small talk starts.

      Cons

      A lot of people hanging around with less work and heap all the work on other employees. No one really takes their time to explain. Plus the small talks are really degrading especially when things start to go wrong when you've just come in or when other employees start to leave. Someone with a High level of education would not really like to spend much time here.

      Very very friendly and young personnel

      Cons

      Nothing positive about this company. Not career opportunities at all, with salaries below industry average. Not appraisal for work done all credits go to senior managers.
