Pros

* high level of autonomy in technical part of the work * there are still some good groups and individuals left * vacation days, FMB

Cons

The company has jumped aboard the ship of all the worst recent trends when it comes to company culture: steadily decreasing benefits, forcing return to the office, erasing flexibility, structurally pitting employees against each other, extinguishing diverging opinions, etc., all while being extremely dishonest about every element of it. Business vision seems to be be getting murkier as well, feels almost like the top management hopes to bide time with corporate catchphrases and keeping busy by busyness, until someone either magically stumbles onto the next cash cow idea or they get a chance to play busy somewhere else.
