It's a bank

Pros

Great pay and benefits, many interest groups to join.

Cons

Culturally, although there is effort to hire more diversely (especially in roles not related directly to Finance), it is still a bank. All things people and culture are run by line managers who aren't made to collaborate resulting in very inconsistent applications in the same teams.
