Friendly company full of really talented people. Gender is not a blocker to progressing through the company. Lots of senior people are women with families; the gender pay gap is currently minus 1.1%. JBA Risk Management really looks after its employees - everyone gets a generous training budget, a range of benefits on top of your salary, and the company organises and pays for a wide range of activities for people who want to socialise outside work (although it's not complsory!)

I loved my time working at JBA as a software developer and had a fully remote role with flexible work hours. There was a decent training budget with opportunities to learn and work with latest technologies. - The company culture was relaxed and friendly and we had regular team meet ups to catch up and work together in person. - Company understands and respects work life balance.
