Pros
Clean building. No expectations of working late in the evening or weekend.
Cons
The CEO is not a capable leader and he is in general not a pleasant person to work with. He lacks people skills, strategic thinking, etc.. There is a lot of gossip in the office. The wages are not competitive enough. There are not enough highly skilled people. Projects are never carried out as planned/ Lots of last minute changes.

Good Salary. Its got a good size and a niche market
Cons
Its a family owned company and the owner is a really bad employer, strategist and person. Do not join this company.
