Great culture and overall group of people. This is a company that care about everyone within in. They prioritize development and are always looking out for each other. We get together twice a year and it’s always a blast.
Great collaborative environment. The people are really friendly. The pay is ok.
Cons
No chance for career advancement since they are taking away the lower level recruiter roles. They used to support junior staff but now it's just another firm focused on the money.

It's easy to get along with most people in the company. They are also trying a lot to standardize their process and develop their staff
Cons
There is not a lot of incentive for younger employees/new orofessionals. We don't get paid overtime, there isn't a defined career/professional development, and we don't make commissions. Only reason I'm still here is because there is stability and the people are nice, but I don't feel the need to go above and beyond because aside from feeling good, there's no other incentive.
Colleagues are generally kind and helpful. Most people were very inclusive.
Cons
An echo chamber that is not open to alternative thoughts or ideas. Very clique-ish. A little too careful on their messaging to employees that it seems disingenuous and some of it truly is.
