Pros

You can't beat working school hours with breaks even though you do work over the summer. The kids are wonderful and the campus is beautiful. From the outside looking in this seems to be a great pace to work. for teachers you normally get to leave on time and there is not a lot of over time.

Cons

For most employees this is their first job out of college and a very young staff, the pay and benefits are poor for the amount they charge for one child to attend school. Most employees are not professional, the environment is one on one with closed doors that is scary considering they do not drug test their employees and either do not background check or do not care about back ground checks. This school is a liability working with very vulnerable children. It was often you would see teachers playing on their phones and not working or paying attention to the child they work with. Management would often not be honest with parents about things that happened at school, and not allow teachers to talk with parents directly and have parents contact management. Most teachers are not certified and hold only a bachelors in psychology, the website states the school has an LPN on staff, this is not true. The values of Hope Truth and love make the school look great from the outside car pool line but after working here for a short time, it is not lived out during school hours when parents are not around.

Pros

The only pro to this job are the students.

Cons

Overworked No breaks Ridiculous pay They don’t really care about you. Their only concern is that you show up. No diversity within leadership and dont show inclusion. They are deleting reviews to make this job seem great. Please save yourself the trauma and time from this place. Everyone that works there is either miserable or part of the leadership and getting paid way more than the people who are actually putting in the work everyday.
